Meeting schedule

Full Council meetings are held monthly on the second Monday of the month (no meetings in February and August), starting at 7.45pm (or 7.30pm if there is no planning meeting beforehand). Members of the public and press are welcome to attend.

Meeting dates for the rest of 2024 are 14th October, 11th November and 9th December.

Meeting dates for 2025 are 13th January, 10th March, 14th April, 12th May, 9th June, 14th July, 8th September, 13th October, 10th November and 8th December. Our Annual Parish Meeting will take place on 28th April.

Parish Council meetings are held in Chart Sutton village hall.

Planning meetings are held on a regular basis, usually on the same date as full Council meetings or as and when planning applications are received from Maidstone Borough Council. Planning meetings are advertised in advance on the website and noticeboards and are open to the public and press.
